WOW! There is nothing Olivia Palermo can do wrong in my eyes when it comes to what she wears. She is on my list of people closets I’d like to raid along with Miroslava Duma, Victoria Beckham, and Blake Lively!

REALITY STAR TO NYC SOCIAL LITE AND MODEL

Many don’t remember Olivia from her reality show on MTV’s  “The City” but I do and I loved her. I recall one of her co-workers or wait boss was so obviously jealous and intimidated by the newbie coming along as she should’ve been! Yes, she, and yes it had to be a woman.

Just because you know about brands and their history doesn’t mean you are an expert about style any one can read a book.  Style is so much more. Olivia did and that’s why she has made her own path to something of a style icon! I know plenty of people who work in the fashion industry are are far from stylish. Not everyone dresses like the people in “Devil Wears Prada” most do but there are a select few that just don’t.

Now Olivia has designers like Jill Stuart naming their designs after her. How amazing. Check out the campaign pictures featured in Vogue Girl September issue where none other than Olivia Palermo models for the brand. The inspiration for the shoot came from “Gossip Girl” Blair Waldorf character. And if you have never seen Gossip Girl think the life of a social lite, resides in the Upper East side (where I live;), and will never leave the house looking put together. Living in NYC and a social lite herself it wasn’t a far stretch! Love her in these photos.
